Ingredients
600gNorwegian salmon fillet, skinned and deboned
2dltamari soy sauce
3lime
1chili pepper, red
0.5ginger, fresh
olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.
- Pour soy sauce and lime juice over the salmon.
- Remove the seeds from the chili, and finely chop chili and ginger.
- Sprinkle chili and ginger over the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice and salad.
