Norwegian Salmon with Tamari Soy Sauce, Chili and Ginger

Ingredients

600gNorwegian salmon fillet, skinned and deboned
2dltamari soy sauce
3lime
1chili pepper, red
0.5ginger, fresh
olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  • Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.
  • Pour soy sauce and lime juice over the salmon.
  • Remove the seeds from the chili, and finely chop chili and ginger.
  • Sprinkle chili and ginger over the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and salad.
