Marinade Sauce
- Slice fresh Norwegian salmon into chunky strips.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Marinate the Norwegian salmon and onion in miso and rice wine.
Norwegian Salmon Rice Cake Skewers
- Slice zucchini and carrots into the same the size as the Norwegian salmon, and mix garlic and rice cakes with the rest of the ingredients.
- Stick the ingredients on the skewers in order of rice cake, Norwegian salmon and zucchini. Repeat twice for each skewer. Finish it with a piece of carrot and garlic. Spread the marinade sauce evenly.
- Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins.
