Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the salmon fillet into portions.
- Peel and slice the potatoes into extra thin slices.
- Finely chop garlic, cut spring onion into thin slices, bell pepper in strips and tomato in slices.
- Spread a little crème fraîche on the foil sheets and top with the potatoes, garlic, spring onion, bell pepper and tomato.
- Place one piece of salmon fillet in each parcel, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and divide the rest of the crème fraîche between the parcels.
- Close the foil around the salmon and place the parcels fold side up on a baking tray.
- Bake in the middle of the oven until everything is cooked through, approx. 15 minutes.
- Serve with what you like.
Tip: The parcels can also be grilled on a barbecue.
