Ingredients
Preparation
Cut salmon into servings, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold a sheet of aluminium foil in four, approx. 15 cm big, for each salmon piece.
Brush the foils with oil, place the salmon on and grill approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Heat the pitas and open.
Salad
Slice tomato and chop onion.
Peel and slice cucumber.
Finely chop parsley, dill and garlic, and tear the salad.
Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil, and taste with salt and pepper.
Fold the dressing into the salad.
Yogurt dressing
Finely chop dill and mix with yogurt.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Serve grilled salmon in pitas with salad and yogurt dressing.
