Preparation
Heat the grill and cut the salmon into servings.
Finely chop garlic and chili, and cut lemon grass in small bits.
Grate ginger and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.
Place the salmon in a greased grill pan and pour the marinade over.
Turn the salmon so it gets covered in marinade and leave for 1-2 hours in room temperature.
Cover the pan with grill foil or lid and grill the salmon for about 15 minutes until the salmon is barely cooked through.
Serve the salmon with what you like.
