Ingredients
Preparation
- Cut the saithe so you get approx. 4 pieces per portion.
- Whisk egg lightly and mix with sweet chili sauce.
- Dredge the cod in the egg mix, then in cornflakes.
- Fry the nuggets in butter and olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Dip
- Mix egg yolk and apple cider vinegar, and add rapeseed oil a little at the time while stiring.
- Taste with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Serve with
- Peel carrot and cut in strips.
- Divide the salad in whole leaves, wash and place on a plate.
Serve the saithe nuggets with dip sauce, carrots strips, salad leaves and pommed frites.
